Peace of mind
Warranty
Products bought from us are covered by their brand warranty. Here's how to get a fault looked at.
Your coverage
Full brand warranty
Every product carries its manufacturer's warranty. Length and coverage vary by product and brand.
Your invoice is proof
Your Trust GST invoice is your proof of purchase for warranty claims. Keep it safe.
Help with service
We help you reach the brand's authorised service team and follow up on your claim.
Within 7 days of delivery?
If the product arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, request a replacement or refund instead of a warranty repair.
Go to ReturnsHow to make a warranty claim
- Find your invoice and the product's serial number (on the box, the product label or in its settings).
- Note what is wrong and when it started; a photo or short video helps.
- Contact the brand's authorised service centre, or email us and we'll help you raise the claim.
- Keep the service report or job number until the issue is fixed.
What warranty usually doesn't cover
- Physical or liquid damage, or misuse.
- Repairs or changes made by someone other than an authorised service centre.
- Installation that doesn't follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- Normal wear, and consumables such as batteries or filters, unless the brand says otherwise.
Exact terms are set by each brand; check the warranty card in the box. These limits do not affect your rights for a product that was faulty when delivered.
Installation
Eligible products include free installation and a demo, usually within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the installation record; some brands need it for warranty service.
