Terms & conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Trust storefront and purchases made through it. Read them together with the Privacy policy, Shipping policy, Refund policy, and any product-specific conditions shown before you place an order. The storefront is operated by Trust Customer Services. Trust, we, us, and our refer to Trust Customer Services. Our customer-support email is info@trustelectro.com.

By using the service or submitting an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that use or order. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes a protection or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order. If purchasing for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and billing details and check them before submitting an order. Keep account credentials confidential where accounts are available. Notify the business promptly of suspected unauthorised use or an error affecting your order.

Review the product description, model, size, colour, compatibility, dimensions, and installation requirements carefully. Product photographs are illustrative; appearance can vary with display settings and minor manufacturing differences. Material differences between an item and its description remain subject to your applicable remedies.

Availability and promotional quantities may change. Accessories, installation services, demonstrations, and warranties are included only as stated for the product or in the order. If a material description or availability error affects your purchase, it should be resolved with you before fulfilment, with cancellation and refund available where appropriate.

Your submitted order is a request to purchase the selected goods on the displayed terms. An automated acknowledgement records receipt of that request; the subsequent confirmation or dispatch communication identifies the accepted items and fulfilment details.

An order may need verification of payment, stock, delivery coverage, or suspected misuse before it can proceed. If an item cannot be supplied, you should be informed and any amount collected for that unfulfilled item returned. Substitutions or material changes require your agreement.

Displayed prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless expressly stated otherwise. The order summary identifies applicable delivery and optional service charges. Review the final payable amount and payment method before authorising a transaction.

Discount codes, bank offers, and EMI plans have their own eligibility rules, limits, and validity periods. An EMI illustration is not a lending approval. Any interest, processing fee, or tax charged by a financing provider is governed by the terms shown by that provider.

If a payment is debited without an order confirmation, retain the transaction reference and check the status before paying again. Payment reconciliation and reversals may depend on the payment provider.

Delivery coverage, charges, estimated dates, address changes, and receipt of goods are explained in the Shipping policy. Estimates depend on the product, stock, destination, and service availability; a general delivery banner does not replace the date confirmed for your order.

For furniture and large appliances, ensure that doorways, lifts, stairs, and the installation site can accommodate the product. Any extra work or materials outside an included installation package should be explained and agreed before that work begins.

The Refund policy explains the storefront’s 7-day return request window, inspection process, replacements, cancellations, and refund handling. Notify the business as soon as possible if an order is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

Manufacturer warranties vary by product and apply according to the supplied warranty terms. Keep your invoice and serial number. A warranty is separate from the return policy and does not replace rights you may have where goods are defective or not as described.

Use the storefront only for lawful purposes and respect other customers and the service.

• Do not submit fraudulent orders, false reviews, or information that impersonates another person.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website or payment services.
• Do not copy or use branding, photographs, text, or other protected material commercially without the relevant permission.
• Only submit content you are entitled to share, and avoid including private information in public feedback.

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of network and service interruptions. Reasonable efforts can be made to correct errors, but continuous, error-free access is not guaranteed. This does not remove obligations relating to an accepted order.

Use products in accordance with the manufacturer’s safety and installation instructions. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by the facts and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

For an order concern, email info@trustelectro.com. Include the order reference, a clear description of the issue, and the resolution you are seeking. The laws of India apply to purchases intended for delivery in India, subject to any mandatory rights applicable to you.

You retain access to consumer redressal mechanisms and courts or forums having jurisdiction under applicable law. Updated terms apply prospectively; publishing a new version does not retrospectively remove rights associated with an existing purchase. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
